Violently Slams, Punches Teen Throughout Site visitors Cease

A visitors cease in Arkansas went off the rails when a state trooper threw an 18-year-old girl to the bottom and punched her … it is on video, and now her lawyer desires solutions.
Dashcam footage from the August 1 cease exhibits Trooper Moisses Arellano ordering Alisa Hackett to position her palms on the trunk and take two steps again … he then asks her to place a hand behind her again, and instantly he is physique slamming her to the pavement and punching her.
