Within the Eye of the Storm has its return date set. The catastrophe sequence will return with its third season subsequent month.
Discovery Channel shared a trailer and revealed the next to tease the upcoming season:
“Discovery’s high-intensity sequence Within the Eye of the Storm returns Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 10PM ET/PT with a gripping new season that plunges viewers into the epicenter of America’s most devastating pure disasters. From real-time footage to uncooked, firsthand accounts, every episode captures the chaos, braveness and resilience of those that confronted the fury head-on. This season kicks off with a harrowing account of freak climate in March 2025, when excessive atmospheric volatility unleashed a large Texas haboob and greater than 200 tornadoes throughout the southern states. Hundreds of eyewitnesses captured catastrophe at their doorsteps because the storms devastated cities and homesteads, leaving a path of destruction throughout a number of states, inflicting billions in injury and claiming at the very least 42 lives.
The season continues with highly effective tales from throughout the nation: native residents in Los Angeles and Pacific Palisades who turned surprising heroes as overwhelming wildfires engulfed whole neighborhoods in early 2025; the terrifying path of a tropical wave that intensified into Class 4 Hurricane Ian and devastated whole coastal communities in Florida; a uncommon and surprising EF3 tornado that touched down in a small Northern Michigan city; and the dramatic search-and-rescue efforts in Texas, the place locals navigated streets by boat after Hurricane Harvey’s raging 130-mph winds tore aside whole buildings.
Final season, Within the Eye of the Storm reached 11 million viewers and ranked because the #1 cable sequence for Males 25-54 in its time slot, excluding sports activities. Throughout 6 episodes, the sequence grew 8% over its debut season.
