Rob Zombie hit the stage for Louder Than Life 2022 with authentic guitarist Mike Riggs rather than John 5 and everybody was a bit confused. Because it turned out, Riggs had quietly rejoined Zombie‘s band as John 5 stop to go be a part of Mötley Crüe. In an interview with The Jasta Present, John 5 revealed that he nonetheless hasn’t spoken to Zombie since his departure, however notes that there is no dangerous blood between the 2.

And we had two exhibits to do — we had Louder Than Life and we had Aftershock. And so I instructed Rob, after which we went to go do Louder Than Life, and I noticed Riggs form of standing on the facet. And I assumed, ‘Oh, that is nice. I believe Riggs can be unimaginable.’
“He did nice work on the sooner excursions, and I simply thought it was an exquisite thought. So I even mentioned to Rob, I used to be, like, ‘Rob, if he wants something, if he needs cupboards, if he wants this or that or something I can do to assist,’ I needed to assist in any method. However then Aftershock, I assume Rob did not need me to play Aftershock. So Riggs performed that one.
“What’s so unusual about it’s the public had no thought what was occurring. And that is what was so unusual, is that, abruptly, here is Aftershock after which I am not there. So everybody was, like, ‘Nicely, what is going on on?’ However I believe individuals figured it out and it was advantageous and great. It was a bizarre transition, however that is okay.
He added: “I believe Rob, he is doing superior, and I believe the band is superior. And I believe it is a great band and individuals are having fun with it. And that is what it is all about. It is all about individuals having enjoyable and having fun with the music, and that is what’s occurring.”
